General
• By purchasing anything from me, the commissioner agrees that they have read and understood all of the following terms of service.
• I reserve the right to update my Terms of Service at any time. Any changes made will not apply to commissions that were accepted under the previous Terms of Service.
• Will draw : Feral, anthro, humans, humanoids, fanart and original characters.
• Ask me beforehand : Violence, gore, dragons and reptiles.
• Won't draw : Mecha, armor, robots, nsfw, suggestive, description only characters, political content.
Payments
• All payments will be made through VGen or Ko-Fi.
• If you are not satisfied with the commission, I can make a few changes (example: fixing color mistakes, patterns, etc.).
Revisions
• Minor revisions are allowed once the commission is completed.
• Bigger revisions must be requested during the sketch stage, excluding skeb (surprise me) style commissions. If done so after, revision fees may occur. Please do feel free to ask, I won't charge you without your knowledge and both our agreements.
Deadlines and delivery
• It may take me from a week to several months to complete your commission. The time also varies based on the complexity of the commission.
• The commission will be started once payment is confirmed and once it's its turn in the queue.
• The commissions are a digital product and will not be shipped physically.
• Do not rush me, but do feel free to reach out.
• If you need a rushed commissions, fees will apply, up to 75% depending on how fast you want it completed.
Use
• I reserve the right to post and promote myself with the commissioned artwork. Please state beforehand if you do not want me to publish it.
• My commissions are for personal use only (unless stated otherwise), meaning no printing or selling using the content that I create. Using the artwork as a banner, profile picture, etc. is considered personal use and is allowed.
• Commercial use commissions costs an extra fee.
• The commissioner is allowed to repost the artwork wherever they like, although proper credit is needed when doing so (example: @TakoKat (varies depending on the social media i use)). They are also not allowed to claim the art as their own, trace or edit it.
Intellectual Property Rights
• Make sure you have the permission to use the characters/materials you provide me.
• My work may not under any circumstance be used for NFTs/AI. I do not support these.
• I retain all rights to my work, including using it for my portfolio, social media, artbooks, etc.
Refunds
• I do not take refunds once the commission has been accepted. If I somehow find myself unable to finish, I will personally contact the commissioner and refund them.
• I have the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time without reason.
Communication
• Do not start casual conversation with me during the commission process.
• Be respectful.
